This workshop is a hands-on event where you get to leave with your own batches of fermented “medicine”. We will go through how to safely and effectively make sauerkraut and water kefir. We will go into depth of how important it is to include fermented products to your lifestyle. What are prebiotics, probiotics, all about lactic acid, carbonation… how it benefits nutrition, digestion, hormone function, etc etc!
